About the Team:
The Shopee Ads team is responsible for developing and managing on-site ads solutions that enable sellers and brands to effectively reach and engage with their target audience directly on the Shopee platform.
In parallel, Shopee Ads Service (SAS) is dedicated to empowering sellers with the expertise for on-site ads management and providing essential knowledge transfer through direct hands-on ads optimization and comprehensive consultancy.
Job Description:
The role at Shopee Ads is uniquely designed to balance strategic analysis with hands-on service delivery. The ideal candidate will be adept at both evaluating the performance of our Shopee Ads Services team and actively contributing to the service we provide to brands.
Performance Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analyses of the Shopee Ads Service metrics to identify patterns, pinpoint areas of improvement, and forecast trends.
Utilize a data-driven approach to evaluate existing and explore untapped market segments, recommending data-backed solutions to enhance service offerings.
Craft and present compelling, data-rich reports to stakeholders, providing insights that drive decision-making and strategic planning.
Service Delivery and Tactical Execution:
Develop on-site ads strategies for brands catering to different marketing objectives (such as awareness, engagement, and sales) to drive business results for brands.
Deliver ads recommendations to brands that are consistently backed up with product insights, historical data & on-site ad strategy, including budget allocation, ad types & keyword selection.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
Prior experience in an ad platform (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Amazon Ads,....) or performance marketing role, with a proven track record of managing ad campaigns and showcase of understanding of digital ad campaign metrics & KPI.
Robust organizational skills with an innate capacity for attention to detail and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
Proven business analysis, exceptional problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and statistical reasoning skills.
Critical thinking, logical reasoning and good time management skills.
Self-motivated and can work under pressure.
Experience with Google Sheets, MS Excel, or other data analysis tools.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role, with an interest in developing advanced analytical skills.
